NELSON RODRIGUEZ
Owner/Trainer Legacy Fitness and Boxing
Owner and Coach, Nelson has over 20+ years of experience working with Professional Boxers, Olympians, MMA Fighters, UFC Fighters, and Athletes. As a coach and trainer, his vision to manage his own gym led him to making Legacy Fitness and Boxing his 2nd home. One of his goals at Legacy is to help athletes of any level reach their fitness goals and continue to bring his coaching career in boxing – all in one place.

Legacy Boxing and Fitness is a 5000 square foot facility located in Winter Park. Featuring a 24 foot ring, sled turf strip, heavy bags, cardio equipment and free weights. OUR CLASSES

HIIT / BOXING
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) involves repeated short or long exercises of moderate to high-intensity which are crucial in improving overall fitness and boxing conditioning.

CARDIO muay thai
Muay Thai with an aerobic workout. Build anaerobic endurance with stand-up striking including fists, elbows, knees and shins, along with various clinching techniques.

boxing technique
Boxing Technique introduces combinations and footwork. Helps to build strength, improves body awareness and overall cardio conditioning using ladder drills, boxing bags and focus mits.

Strength and Conditioning
A blend of aerobic & muscular endurance training. Alternating between higher intensity cardiovascular drills and complimentary muscular endurance exercises.
