HIIT / BOXING

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) involves repeated short or long exercises of moderate to high-intensity which are crucial in improving overall fitness and boxing conditioning.

​Amateur boxing

All of our trainer are certified with USA boxing Association.  All ages and levels of experience are welcome. If you want to lose weight, learning how to box and even complete in the future this is the place to be. We also have world class trainers and former World Champion that's works with the you also.

Strength and Conditioning

A blend of aerobic & muscular endurance training. Alternating between higher intensity cardiovascular drills and complimentary muscular endurance exercises.
