Kickboxing with an aerobic workout. Build anaerobic endurance with stand-up striking including fists, elbows, knees and shins, along with various clinching techniques.

Boxing Technique introduces combinations and footwork. Helps to build strength, improves body awareness and overall cardio conditioning using ladder drills, boxing bags and focus mits.

A blend of aerobic & muscular endurance training. Alternating between higher intensity cardiovascular drills and complimentary muscular endurance exercises.
